Book an AI Strategy Call
Results2Go builds managed AI systems for service businesses: one AI partner that answers customers, handles calls and clears the admin, built and kept running.
Book an AI Strategy CallTen at night. Three messages nobody has answered.
Sunday. The invoices that were meant to go out on Tuesday.
Monday. A quote written from memory, because the notes are on a napkin.
None of it is the business. All of it lands on the owner.
What if the morning ran itself before you got out of bed?
Nobody is up yet. The system is.
That is the real thing, not a picture of it. Click around the whole system
She talks to it by voice, in Afrikaans, between clients. Every morning at seven it sends her the day's bookings, pulled from Booksy without her opening it. She tells it what money came in or went out and what stock is running low, and it keeps the books and the shopping list. A walk-in goes straight into her Booksy calendar.
"It's the first time I can actually see my own business."
Built for a property business and live on their website today. Go to nhomesetup.com and speak to it yourself. It answers questions about the business out loud, with no human involved.
I run a delivery office inside a 250-person consultancy, and I run it on an assistant I built myself. Everything sold here, I use there first.
Built for owner-run service businesses whose admin is spread across several tools. Start with one hour on your real work. A plan comes after, if the hour earns it. Modules are $500 each to build and the monthly starts when the system is live.

$1,500to build, then $1,000 a month
$3,500to build, then $2,000 a month
$7,500to build, then $3,000 a month
The monthly does not start until your system is live and working. Extra modules are $500 each to build. If a business is too small for the smallest plan to make sense, I will say so on the call.
What the monthly buys, from month four on. Not support. The pieces are stitched to your mail, your bank export, your booking or invoicing software, and those change without asking you. The monthly is every connection checked, what broke fixed, and a one-page report each month that says what ran, what broke and what was fixed, with a ledger of hours handed back.
Who counts the hours. The system logs actions, not time, on your machine: reminders drafted, emails sorted, documents chased. The minutes each one takes is set by your person in the audit, not by us. Your accountant can open the log and count the rows.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. The AI runs on a subscription in your own name, from about $20 a month at the provider's published price. Any other third-party subscription or hardware your system depends on is your own cost.
Results2Go charges $500 per module to build, then a fixed monthly fee: $1,500 and $1,000 a month for three modules, $3,500 and $2,000 for seven, $7,500 and $3,000 for fifteen. Published market ranges in 2026 put a custom small-business build at $1,500 to $10,000 plus $50 to $300 a month, and agency retainers anywhere from $500 to over $20,000 a month. Results2Go sits inside those ranges with exact numbers, and the monthly does not start until the system is live. The first paid step is one hour at $200, building one piece on your real work that you keep. The next is a $500 AI Audit inside your business, credited in full against the build fee if you go ahead. A plan comes after that, not before. The full comparison with AI receptionists, DIY tools and virtual assistants, with prices, is in the guide.
Market ranges: Taskip, "AI Automation Agency Pricing" (August 2026); BlueCore Automation, "How Much Does AI Automation Cost for a Small Business?" (July 2026).
The honest comparison is not with an app. It is with the hours of admin the system takes off you, priced at what your time is worth.
An example, not a forecast. Time freed is not automatically cash saved; the audit and the strategy call are where the real number gets made.
A module is one recurring job, built end to end and kept running: the trigger, the work, the check, and the place you see the result. Clarity picks three of the fifteen below, Capacity picks seven, Freedom takes all of them. Each is $500 to build.
The names above are cut for property and deal-led businesses. For a salon, a clinic or a trade the build is the same and the label changes. Every term on this page is defined in one sentence in the guide.
How long: the first modules are usually live within one to two weeks of the roadmap. The two fastest builds so far went from first call to working system in a week (a children's sports franchise, September 2026) and two weeks (a hair salon, July 2026). Larger plans are scheduled module by module, and the schedule is confirmed after scoping.
No. You describe the problem the way you would describe it to a colleague, and Jo handles everything technical. If you can say what your week looks like, that is enough to start.
No. The first paid step is one hour at $200: a screen share with the person who does your admin, one piece built on your real inbox, list or sheet, and you keep it. If you finish the hour with nothing you would use again, it is refunded. The audit and the plans come after, if the hour earns them.
The first modules are usually live within one to two weeks of the roadmap. The fastest builds so far went from first call to a working system in one week and in two weeks. Larger plans are scheduled module by module after scoping, and you pay nothing monthly until the system is live.
The free 15-minute AI Strategy Call is where that gets found out. If a business is too small for the smallest plan to make sense, Jo says so rather than sell something that will not pay for itself.
Yes. The Busywork Audit estimates the hours a week AI could hand back, and the system page is a working system you can click through without signing up.
Those are single-channel subscriptions you configure yourself, priced per call or per agent. A managed system covers calls, messages and admin together, and one person is accountable for keeping all of it running. Prices side by side are in the guide.
Your system can run on your own hardware or in a private cloud, but AI, phone and business-tool providers may still process data externally. Before building we list the data involved, who can access it, and which services receive it. Hosting alone does not make something GDPR-compliant.
AI can be wrong, so every module carries a check suited to its task. Anything sent in your name is seen by a person before it goes, and anything with legal, financial, safety or reputational weight waits for your approval instead of acting. A module that fails stops rather than guessing, the work still reaches you the way it did before, and support answers within 48 hours, 24 hours or the same day depending on plan. Every fix is listed in the monthly health report.
Yes. Extra modules are $500 each to build. If that takes you past your plan's module count, the monthly fee steps up to the next plan.
Yes. Prices are in US dollars, calls are scheduled to suit your time zone, and the voice agent can sit on a US phone number so callers reach a local line. Support answers within 48 hours, 24 hours or the same day depending on plan, whichever side of the Atlantic you are on.
Portugal, working worldwide. Calls, screen shares and email. Distance has not been the hard part.
Tell me what your week looks like and I will tell you, honestly, what AI can take off it and what it cannot. If there is nothing worth building, you will hear that too.
