Founding client offer

AI runs the busywork.
You run the business.

I build one AI partner that works across your whole business — answering customers, handling the phone, and clearing the admin that eats your week. It can run on your own machine or in a locked-down cloud, whichever suits your business. You pay monthly, and nothing upfront.

Nothing upfront · Your own machine or a secure cloud · Based in Portugal, working worldwide

Live right now

A voice agent I built for a property business, live on their site — you speak, it answers. Try it at nhomesetup.com.

In a real salon

A booking and questions bot handling customer messages for a hair salon, so the chair never stops.

Used daily, by me

The assistant I run my own day job on, inside a 250-person consultancy. I don't sell anything I don't use.

The operator trap

You didn't start a business
to work inside it.

  • +The phone rings while you're with a customer, so the call goes unanswered and the lead goes elsewhere.
  • +The same questions arrive every day, and someone has to type the same answers.
  • +Quotes, invoices, follow-ups and scheduling sit in your evening instead of your working day.
  • +Your numbers live in four different places, so nobody looks at them until something breaks.
  • +Growing means hiring, and hiring means more of your time spent managing.

One AI partner across the whole business — not five separate subscriptions you're left to wire together yourself. It's built for how your business actually works, and it grows a piece at a time.

What it does

The work it takes off you

Each of these is a module. You start with the ones that hurt most and add more as it earns its place.

Answers your customers

On your website and your messages, 24 hours a day. It knows your prices, your hours and your services, and it captures the lead instead of losing it.

Picks up the phone

A voice agent that answers calls, books appointments and takes messages — in a real voice, at any hour, without putting anyone on hold.

Clears the admin

Follow-ups, quotes, reminders, data moving between your tools. The jobs nobody enjoys and everybody has to do.

Watches the numbers

It pulls your real figures every day and tells you what changed — so you find out about a problem on Tuesday, not at month end.

Learns your business

Your processes, your people, your history, your way of doing things. That's what stops it sounding like a generic chatbot.

Brings your team along

Short, practical sessions so your people can actually use this — not a slide deck about the future of AI.

Plans & pricing

Start small. Grow as it proves itself.

Monthly, over twelve months, with nothing to pay upfront. The rate drops after the first year, once the build itself is finished.

Need more than your plan includes? Extra modules are $500 a month each, on any plan. Add one when you need it, and it keeps working from then on.

Not sure which one? That's what the strategy call is for. We spend fifteen minutes on your actual business, and I tell you honestly which plan fits — including if the answer is "none of them yet."

Proof

Things that are already running

I'd rather show you working software than a list of logos.

A voice agent you can talk to

Built for a property business and live on their website today. Go to nhomesetup.com and speak to it yourself — it answers questions about the business out loud, with no human involved.

A salon that stopped losing bookings

A hair salon where customer questions and booking requests arrive at all hours. The bot handles them while the team is with clients, instead of after closing.

The one I use every day

I run a delivery office inside a 250-person consultancy, and I run it on an assistant I built myself. Everything I sell here, I use there first.

How it works

Three steps, no jargon

Step 01

Free 15-minute AI Strategy Call

We talk about your actual week. I find the jobs eating your time and tell you which ones AI can genuinely take. No slides, no pitch.

Step 02

Exploration & roadmap

I map your business properly and write down what gets built, in what order, and what each piece gives you back. You keep the roadmap either way.

Step 03

Choose your plan

Pick the plan that fits. I build it, install it on your machine, and keep improving it every month. You don't have to figure anything out.

Who you're dealing with

Just me, and that's the point.

Jo O'Kelly
Jo O'Kelly · Founder

I'm a one-person business, so there's no account manager, no handover, and nobody between you and the person writing the software. You deal with me from the first call to the thing running in your business.

I spent about twenty years in vehicle finance and seven as a product owner before this, and I currently run the delivery office at a 250-person consultancy — on an AI assistant I built for the job. That's where all of this came from. I'm not reselling somebody else's platform; I build these myself, and I only put in front of you what I already trust in my own work.

You choose where it runs. On your own hardware, so your customer data, numbers and documents never leave the building — or in a private, locked-down cloud if your team is spread out or you'd rather not run hardware. Both are secure; the difference is who holds the keys, and that's your call, not mine. Based in Portugal, working with clients anywhere.

Questions

The things people actually ask

What does it cost?

Plans run from $1,500 to $6,500 a month over twelve months, with nothing to pay upfront. After the first year the rate drops — $900, $1,800 or $3,500 depending on the plan — because the build itself is finished by then.

Extra modules beyond what your plan includes are $500 a month each, on any plan.

If your business is too small for the smallest plan to make sense, I'll say so on the call rather than sell you something that won't pay for itself.

Why twelve months?

Because there's no setup fee. The build work happens in the first weeks and the monthly price spreads it across the year instead of asking you for a large cheque before you've seen anything work. The commitment is what makes "nothing upfront" possible.

I'm not technical — is that a problem?

No. You describe the problem the way you'd describe it to a colleague, and I handle everything technical. If you can tell me what your week looks like, that's enough to start.

Where does my data live?

Wherever you want it. The default is your own machine, so customer records, numbers and documents stay inside your business rather than sitting on a platform you don't control.

If that doesn't suit — a spread-out team, no appetite for running hardware — it can run in a private, locked-down cloud instead. That's just as secure; it simply means the machine sits in a data centre rather than your office. Either way, if something needs to talk to an outside service, I'll tell you what and why before it does.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

Then the strategy call is where we find that out, and it costs you a quarter of an hour. I'd rather turn down work than take on a business where this won't pay for itself — an unhappy client is worse for me than an empty slot.

Where are you based?

Portugal. I work with clients anywhere in the world, remotely — calls, screen shares and email. The distance has never been the hard part.

Fifteen minutes. No pitch.

Tell me what your week looks like and I'll tell you, honestly, what AI can take off it — and what it can't. If there's nothing worth building, you'll hear that too.
